Irmgard Kelbch-Bernick (born December 13, 1920 in Bochum , † after 1972) was a German actress .

Life

Irmgard Auguste Kelbch-Bernick was a German actress who u. a. for the theater of the city of Koblenz , the theater of Duisburg , the Schauspielhaus Bochum , the stages of the city of Essen .

At the second post-war conference of the German Shakespeare Society in Bochum in 1947, Kelbch-Bernick played both Celia in As You Like It and Ophelia in Hamlet under the direction of Saladin Schmitt .

Likewise in 1947 she played the hero in Bochum in Gyges and his Ring by Friedrich Hebbel, staged by Saladin Schmitt .
