Iskivtsi ( Ukrainian Ісківці ; Russian Исковцы Iskowzy ) is a village in the Ukrainian Poltava Oblast with about 900 inhabitants (2001).
Iskiwzi is the administrative center of the district council of the same name in the southwest of the Lubny district , to which the village Pulynzi ( Пулинці , ⊙ ) with about 300 inhabitants belongs.
The village is located on the right bank of the Slyporyd , an 83 km long tributary of the Sula , 20 km southwest of the Lubny district center and 166 km west of the Poltava oblast center . Territorial road T-17-13 runs east of the village .
The village was visited by Taras Shevchenko in 1843, 1845 and 1846 .
