Isobel Waller Bridge

Isobel Waller-Bridge (* 1984 ) is an English composer .

Life

Isobel Waller-Bridge studied at Edinburgh University and King's College London . After completing her master's degree, she received a scholarship to the Royal Academy of Music , where she completed her studies with a diploma.

She has a younger sister, actress and screenwriter Phoebe Waller-Bridge, and a younger brother.

Waller-Bridge has composed incidental music for a number of Westend productions and for stages in New York, including the Royal Shakespeare Company , the Royal National Theater , the Old Vic , the Royal Exchange Theater and the Young Vic Theater. For her compositions she received the Off West End Theater Award as Best composer at the Underwire Film Festival and as Best Sound Designer .

Since 2002 she has written music for a number of British television productions, including for multiple Emmys and Golden Globes excellent series Fleabag , for Phoebe Waller-Bridge the script wrote, also for the two feature films Vita & Virginia (2018) and Emma . (2020).
