I unit (also Junit, Init ) is an ancient Egyptian goddess from the Imydwat . This goddess is documented in the pyramid text PT 1066 and was worshiped together with Tjenenet for the first time in the 11th dynasty as consort of the month in Armant . In the 11th Dynasty Armant played an important role in the reunification of the empire . The Temple of the Month dates from this time .

In the New Kingdom , Junit was numbered among the ninth of Karnak . Whether this junit is identical with the junit of the same name from Heliopolis remains unclear.
