Iván Carril Regueiro (born February 13, 1985 in Rebordaos , Santiago de Compostela ) is a Spanish football player .


Carril began his career in the youth team of FC Barcelona before joining the Deportivo La Coruña second team in 2002 . In 2005 he was accepted into the first team, where he was repeatedly used in the second team. He made his debut in the Primera División on August 28, 2005 against RCD Mallorca . The game in Palma ended 1-0 for Deportivo. Carril was substituted on for Momo in the 54th minute. He also received a yellow card. He scored his first goal on May 3, 2006 against Espanyol Barcelona , when he contributed the interim 1-1 equalizer to the 2-1 win. He also made four appearances in the UI Cup .

In July 2006 he was awarded to the UD Vecindario , a year later to the FC Palencia. In 2009 he made the final move and signed with FC Pontevedra in the third division. In 2010 he turned his back on Spain and moved to Austria to SV Ried , where he made his debut on July 17, 2010 against SK Sturm Graz . Carril played through, the game ended 0-3. At the end of the season he won the Austrian Cup with SV Ried.


His brother is the former SV Ried legionnaire and current SV Grödig player Jonathan Carril Regueiro .
