Ivan Andreyevich Hermann ( Russian Иван Андреевич Герман ; born March 27 . Jul / 8. April  1875 greg. In Kiev ; † 23. October 1933 in Sochi ) was a Russian architect .

Hermann studied at the Moscow Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture with a degree in 1901 and then in St. Petersburg at the Imperial Academy of Arts with a degree in 1906 as an artist-architect.

Hermann worked in Moscow as Adolf Wilhelm Erichson's assistant . For the furniture dealer RB Levisson he built a three-story office building with Erichson from 1901 to 1902 (Uliza Bolschaja Dmitrowka 32).

Hermann later opened his own architectural office in Moscow. He built tenement houses , so in 1906 at Gagarinski Pereulok 9, 1910 at Arbat 40. Together with Wladimir Wladimirowitsch Sherwood and Alexei Yefremowitsch Sergejew he built a tenement house (Soljanka 1/2 - Uliza Sabelina 2/1) in 1911–1915 for the Moscow merchants' company. In 1913 he built a tenement complex for the wealthy benefactress Yulia Timofejewna Krestownikowa (Pokrowski Bulwar 14/6 - Bolshoi Trjochswjatitelski Pereulok 6/14) and a printing works (Filippowski Pereulok 13) for Al Mamontov .
