Izabella Scorupco
Izabella Dorota Scorupco (* 4. June 1970 in Białystok as Izabella Skorupko ) is a Polish - Swedish actress , model and singer .
life and career
In 1978 Izabella Scorupco emigrated from Poland to Sweden with her mother . Scorupco was u. a. active as a photo model and singer. In 1992 she released the album Iza in Germany . The single from this album Shame Shame Shame landed at number 37 in the German single charts. The video for it, in which she appeared in the Marilyn Monroe look, was played frequently on MTV . The second single I Write You a Love Song only reached 93rd place.
Scorupco became internationally known in 1995 alongside Pierce Brosnan as the Bond girl in the film GoldenEye . Other big roles followed in Vertical Limit , The Rule of Fire and Exorcist: The Beginning . In 2007 she played the leading role as Rebecka Martinsson in the film adaptation of Åsa Larsson's Solar Storm .
From 1996 to 1998 Scorupco was married to the ice hockey player Mariusz Czerkawski , with whom she has a daughter. In January 2003 she married the American Jeffrey Raymond, with whom she has a son. She has lived in the USA since 2003.
