Jérôme Gapangwa Nteziryayo
Jérôme Gapangwa Nteziryayo (born January 1, 1942 in Kalongi ) is former bishop of Uvira .
Life
Jérôme Gapangwa Nteziryayo was ordained a priest on August 20, 1972 and was incardinated in the clergy of the Uvira diocese . John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Uvira on July 1, 1985.
The Archbishop of Bukavu , Aloys Mulindwa Mutabesha Mugoma Mweru , consecrated him bishop on October 20 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Léonard Dhejju , Bishop of Bunia , and Faustin Ngabu , Bishop of Goma .
He resigned from his office on June 10, 2002.
