Jéssica de Lima Gonçalves Lopes Ferreira (born June 8, 1981 in Iacanga , São Paulo ) is a former Brazilian soccer player and currently active coach.

Career

Jéssica began playing football in the América FC talent development team in São José do Rio Preto and began her professional career in 1997 at a club in Marília . In 1999 she returned to the "black river" to join the young women's team of the Rio Preto EC , which was being set up under Francisco "Chicão" Reguera Inojo , for which she remained active for the following nineteen years and during this time Record player advanced. From and including the 2013 season alone, she had made nearly one hundred and sixty missions by the end of her career in 2019.

On October 26, 2018, Jéssica ended her playing career in the final game of the Brazilian championship ( Série A1–2018 ) at the Estádio Alfredo Schürig against SC Corinthians . In the 2019 season she played on the ninth game day of the championship on May 15 again in a game for AA Ponte Preta, now trained by "Chicão" Reguera, and scored a goal in the 5-0 win against Sport Recife .

After coaching the Ponte Preta women's junior squad, Jéssica de Lima took over the post of assistant coach for the Brazilian women's U20 national team in August 2019.
