József Vadas
József Vadas (born September 19, 1911 in Székesfehérvár ; † June 5, 2006 in Budapest ) was a Hungarian sprinter and middle-distance runner .
At the Olympic Games in 1936, he was sixth in the 4 x 400 meter relay . Over 800 m he reached the semi-finals, and over 400 m he did without a start in the quarter-finals.
In 1938 he was sixth in the 4 x 400 meter relay at the European Athletics Championships in Paris . Over 400 m he was disqualified in the preliminary run.
