Jörg Matheis

Jörg Matheis (* 1970 in Altenglan -Mühlbach, Pfalz ) is a German writer .

Life

Jörg Matheis completed until 1994, a study of German literature , philosophy and political science at the University of Mainz . He published narrative and lyric texts in magazines and anthologies . In 2002 he took part in the Ingeborg Bachmann Competition in Klagenfurt ; In 2003 his first volume of stories ( mono ) was published. Andreas Dorschel wrote about the book : "Matheis does not want to expose either the provincial world or the big city. He wants to show them how they are.
