Jörg Rehberg
Jörg Rehberg (born July 27, 1931 in Stuttgart ; † December 23, 2001 in Orselina ) was a Swiss legal scholar .
Rehberg was a district attorney in Bülach from 1965 . In this capacity, he investigated the attack on an El-Al machine at Kloten Airport in 1969 . From 1971 Rehberg was a judge at the Court of Cassation (highest court) of the Canton of Zurich, and from 1974 its vice-president. In 1976 he became a full professor for criminal law , criminal procedure law and criminal law auxiliary sciences at the University of Zurich . From 1978 to 1980 he was dean of the law and political science faculties of the same university. He published a standard work on the Swiss Criminal Code .
