Júlio César Campozano (born January 31, 1986 in Guayaquil ) is a former Ecuadorian tennis player .

Career

Júlio César Campozano mainly played on the ATP Challenger Tour and the ITF Future Tour . He celebrated ten single and six double victories on the Future Tour. He won three doubles tournaments on the Challenger Tour. On April 1, 2013, he broke through the top 200 in the world rankings for the first time in singles and his highest ranking was 197th in April 2013. In doubles, he broke through the top 200 for the first time on July 9, 2012 and reached 192nd place as the best July 2012.

Júlio César Campozano played for the Ecuadorian Davis Cup team from 2006 to 2014 . For this he appeared in 18 matches, with a balance of 13:12 in singles and 1: 5 in doubles. He played his last game on the professional tour in September 2014.
