Jewish cemetery in Mirotice

The Jewish cemetery in Mirotice (German Mirotitz ), a Czech town in the Okres Písek of the South Bohemian region , was probably created around 1640/1650. The Jewish cemetery north of the village has been a protected cultural monument since 1988 .

Several hundred tombstones ( mazewot ) are still present in the 3417 square meter cemetery .

The Tahara House has been renovated in recent years.
