Jürgen Brauße

Jürgen Brauße (born November 27, 1954 in Leipzig ; † August 31, 2016 in Machern ) was a German football coach .

Career

Brauße worked as a trainer in Naunhof , at SV Tresenwald , FSV 1921 Brandis , SSV Thallwitz-Nischwitz , SV Liebertwolkwitz , Lipsia Eutritzsch and SV Leipzig Nordwest . On March 1, 2010, Brauße took over the second women's team of 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig and in October 2011 Claudia von Lanken's first team , and on July 1, 2011, he also became the club's sporting director. With the team he rose to the women's Bundesliga in 2011 . Since the team was unsuccessful there, Brauße resigned on April 18, 2012 from all positions in the club. The team was relegated at the end of the season.

In the 2016/17 season, Brauße looked after the 1st men's team of FSV Kitzscher in the district league A Muldental / Leipziger-Land Staffel West. He was also a member of the youth committee of the Saxon Football Association and was responsible for promoting talent.

Brauße died on August 31, 2016 after a traffic accident on federal highway 6 in Machern . He was married and had two daughters. He was buried on October 14, 2016 in the Kleinzschocher cemetery.
