Jürgen Radschuweit (born December 4, 1967 in Cologne) is a former German soccer player and today's coach .

Career

Jürgen Radschuweit joined Bayer 04 Leverkusen in 1985 from SC Viktoria Köln . There he played mainly for the amateur team (including a game in the 1990 DFB Cup), but by 1993 he made a total of 20 Bundesliga games (one goal) for Bayer 04. He made his Bundesliga debut on the first matchday of the 1988/89 season. In this game, however, he had to be replaced after ten minutes. In 1993 he won the DFB Cup with his club. In this competition, Radschuweit was used once (round of 16 against Hertha BSC ).

In 1993 he moved to the second division at Fortuna Cologne , where he was a regular for four years. For the 1997/98 season he went to KFC Uerdingen , which he left in 1999 after relegation from the second division towards Fortuna Düsseldorf (Regionalliga West / Southwest). 2000/01 he joined Düsseldorf in the North Season. After that he was still active in the amateur field. From 2001 to 2006 he played for Germania Dattenfeld and also appeared here as a player-coach. This was followed by a move to Fortuna Cologne, where he worked in 2006/07.

From 2007 to 2009 Jürgen Radschuweit was the sporting director at SCB Viktoria Köln . From July to August 2007 he was also a trainer. In January 2010 he became the coach of the Viktoria U19 team.

In 2009 he made his debut with the traditional Bayer Leverkusen team.
