Jack Aitchison (born March 5, 2000 in Fauldhouse ) is a Scottish football player who is under contract with Celtic Glasgow . On May 15, 2016, Aitchison made his professional debut against FC Motherwell at the age of 16 years and 71 days , making him the youngest ever Celtic player ever to play. In addition, he became the youngest goalscorer with his goal to make it 7-0, and the first player to be used by Celtic who was born in the 21st century .

Jack Aitchison started his career in the Youth Academy of Celtic Glasgow . In the 2015/16 season , Aitchison made his professional debut on the last match day under Ronny Deila . At the age of 16 years and 71 days, he was the youngest ever used player from Celtic . When the score was 6-0, he was substituted on for Tom Rogić and scored with his first ball contact, after being substituted on. With his goal to make it 7-0, he was the youngest scorer in the history of Celtic and the first player to be born in the 21st century .

National team

Jack Aitchison first appeared in international matches for the junior teams of Scotland in 2014 . He played in the U-15 and U-16 national team . Aitchison has been playing in the Scottish U-17s since 2015, with whom he participated in the European Championships in 2015 , 2016 and 2017 . In August 2017 he made his U-19 debut against Serbia .
