Tomas Petar "Tom" Rogic (born December 16, 1992 in Canberra ) is an Australian football and futsal player . He has been under contract with the Scottish club Celtic Glasgow since 2013 .
Career
society
Tom Rogic, who was born in 1992 in Griffith , a district of the Australian capital Canberra, began his career at Tuggeranong United. He played for the club from the eponymous district of the planned capital from 2007 to 2009 before studying at the Australian National University . He played in the ACT Premier League (Australian Capital Territory Premier League) for the state university soccer team .
In January 2012, Rogic signed a contract with the Central Coast Mariners from the A-League . He made his professional debut against Adelaide United on January 21, 2012. A month later, Rogic was able to achieve the first goal as a professional in the game against Melbourne Victory . In January 2013 he moved to Celtic Glasgow for a transfer to Scotland . At his new club he was able to celebrate his first successes with two wins in the Scottish Cup and in the championship . National team
