Jack Hartnett

Jack Hartnett (born October 5, 1975 ) is an American actor and film producer .

Life

Hartnetts received his first role in Friends, First and Foremost as Billy in 1999 . The following year he was featured as a handsome man in the television series Sex and the City . In Shortcut to Happiness (2003), a remake of The Devil and Daniel Webster from 1941, he starred alongside Anthony Hopkins , Alec Baldwin and Jennifer Love Hewitt . In the comedy film Hitch - The Date Doctor , with Will Smith and Kevin James in the lead roles, he was given the role of Tom Reda . Hartnett also played leading roles in television films such as My Sexiest Mistake and Stranded . In 2007 he and his wife Blanca Soto , whom he married in the same year, in front of the camera in the short film La vida blanca , for which he wrote the script and also worked as a director and producer in the creative field. The film won the Grand Jury Prize in the Best Short Film category at the New York International Independent Film & Video Festival. He co-produced the short film I Won't Be Your Mirror .
