Jack Wheeler

Jack Wheeler (* 1943 ) is an American publicist and globetrotter .

At the age of 14 he climbed the Matterhorn , at 16 he swam through the Hellespont . In 1979 he crossed the Col de Clapier alpine pass with two elephants . He received his PhD in Philosophy from the University of Southern California . He has written a number of geopolitical articles and was in contact with many anti-Soviet groups abroad during the reign of Ronald Reagan . Wheeler founded the Freedom Research Foundation in 1984 .

Wheeler is editor-in-chief of the online service "To the Point", which calls itself "The oasis for rational conservatives".
