Jacob Drachenberg

Jacob Drachenberg (born June 27, 1989 ) is a German psychologist , stress expert, podcaster , coach and lecturer . He is a former water polo player.

Life

From 2003 to 2016 Jacob Drachenberg played water polo and led the Potsdam Orcas (formerly OSC Potsdam) as captain in the 1st water polo league and for the first time in the history of the club in the European Cup. He also took part in the U21 European Water Polo Championship in Istanbul in 2008 .

During his sporting career, Drachenberg studied psychology at the HU Berlin and also worked for a Berlin investor, whereupon he fell into stress-related burnout . After Jacob Drachenberg found out from his burnout, he shares his findings today.

Act

As a coach and speaker , Drachenberg gives seminars, workshops and lectures for companies as well as private individuals. Jacob Drachenberg also trains people to become coaches and mentors.
