Jacob Nena
Jacob Nena (born October 10, 1941 ) is a politician of the Federated States of Micronesia and fourth President of the state from 1996 to 1999.
Before that he was Vice President under Bailey Olter . After he suffered a stroke in July 1996, Nena initially took over the post on November 8, 1996. He was officially sworn in on May 8, 1997 and brought the rest of Olter's term of office to an end.
Before becoming Vice President or President, Nena was Governor of Kosrae from 1979 to 1983.
