Leo Falcam
Leo Amy Falcam (born November 20, 1935 on Pohnpei ; † February 12, 2018 ibid) was a politician of the Federated States of Micronesia .
He was governor of Pohnpei from 1979 to 1983. From 1997 to 1999 he was Vice President and from May 11, 1999 to May 11, 2003 the fifth President of the Federated States of Micronesia.
