Tosiwo Nakayama
Tosiwo Nakayama (born November 23, 1931 in Chuuk , † March 29, 2007 in the Hawaii Medical Center, Honolulu , Hawaii ) was the first President of the Federated States of Micronesia . He served for two terms from 1979 to 1987.
He was the son of a Japanese man and a native Micronesian woman.
