The Jacoby Glacier is a steep glacier in the Marie Byrd Land in western Antarctica . It flows in the Ames Range between Mount Boennighausen and Mount Andrus .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy between 1959 and 1965. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1974 after William J. Jacoby, a drilling technician at Byrd Station from 1968 to 1969.
