Jacqueline Amirfallah

Amirfallah has been running the bistro in the Apex cultural center since 2011.

Jacqueline Amirfallah (born January 3, 1960 in Göttingen ) is a German television chef.

Life

Amirfallah grew up in Iran as the daughter of an Iranian and a German . In 1980 she returned to Germany and initially studied sociology before turning her passion into a profession and training as a cook. She completed her training as a cook at the Muskat restaurant in Göttingen . Then she worked as a cook in the Hellers Krug in Holzminden and Im Schiffchen in the Düsseldorf district of Kaiserswerth . From 1998 to the end of 2017 Amirfallah was head chef in her own restaurant Gauß - Restaurant am Theater in Göttingen. In 2011 she took over the Bistro Apex in Göttingen.

Jacqueline Amirfallah has been cooking regularly on the TV show ARD Buffet since 1998 .

Jacqueline Amirfallah has been the patron of the Veggietag Göttingen initiative since it was founded .

Amirfallah is married and has no children.
