history
Jacques Lemans GmbH is an Austrian company that initially only manufactured and sold watches. The company was founded in the mid-1970s by the current owner and managing director Alfred Riedl in St. Veit / Glan in Carinthia and has been family-owned ever since. At the beginning of the company's history, Alfred Riedl himself traveled through Austria and often to Germany to sell the products.
Today Jacques Lemans GmbH works with sales partners around the world, but Jacques Lemans watches and jewelry are also sold directly in their own mono-brand stores in Austria. Jacques Lemans GmbH is now represented in over 120 countries worldwide.
Collections
Jacques Lemans offers five collections called “Classic”, “Sport”, “La Passion”, “High-Tech Ceramic” and “Automatic”.
- "Classic": classic, elegant models for women and men
- "Sport": sporty, robust timepiece
- "La Passion": fashionable ladies' watches and jewelry watches
- "High-Tech Ceramic": classic timepieces made of solid stainless steel / high-tech ceramic
- "Automatic": watches with an automatic movement
The range includes more than 650 models. Most of the watches have a quartz movement , but Jacques Lemans also offers models with automatic or manual movements.
Many watches are offered in different designs, for example with a case made of solid stainless steel , stainless steel / IP gold, IP rosé or IP black and with differently designed dials .
Jacques Lemans also offers different types of watch straps, either made of Italian leather, stainless steel or silicone .
Since 2019 the range also includes rings, necklaces, earrings and other, mostly with precious stones studded, jewelry .

Engagement in sport
Jacques Lemans has been the “Official Timekeeper” of the EuroLeague Basketball Final Four and the “ STIHL Timbersports ” World Championships since 2010 . Since 2016 the company has also been the "Official Timekeeping Partner" of the Red Bull Dolomitenmann event and was sponsor of the Austrian national soccer team from 2009 to 2018 . The football stadium in Sankt Veit an der Glan is called the Jacques Lemans Arena .
