Jaded Heart is a five-piece hard rock band from Stockholm , Sweden and Duisburg , Germany, founded in 1992 .

The band consists of five members Johan Fahlberg (vocals), Michael Müller (bass), Peter Östros (guitar), Bodo Stricker (drums) and Masahiro Eto (guitar).
history
Jaded Heart was founded in 1990 by Michael Müller, Axel Kruse, Dirk Bormann and the singer Michael Bormann. Dirk Bormann left the band after the release of the first album Inside Out . The following albums Slaves and Masters and Mystery Eyes played the band with various guest guitarists. Guest guitarists were also brought in live until a suitable colleague was found in Barish Kepic. Jaded Heart went to the USA with him to record album IV with producer and Ax member Bobby Barth . This was the first album that was produced on a professional level and brought the band worldwide attention.
The Journey Will Never End was produced in Germany by Tommy Newton ( Helloween , Keeper of the Seven Keys ). This was the first album with keyboardist Henning Wanner, who replaced Chris Ivo after IV . The band separated from Michael Bormann at the end of 2004 due to personal differences and found a successor in the Swede Johan Fahlberg. The album Helluva Time enjoys cult status. Barish Kepic dropped out after the release for personal reasons and Jaded Heart hired a friend, Frédéric Leclercq, who now plays in the band Dragonforce Bass, as guitarist for the upcoming European tour. As a regular guitarist they found another friend in Stockholm. From now on Peter Östros was the second Swede in Jaded Heart.
With this “line-up” Sinister Mind , Perfect Insanity and 2013 Common Destiny were recorded and various tours in Europe played as headliners and as support for bands such as Rage , Doro , Axel Rudi Pell and Shinedown . In 2013, Jaded Heart went to Japan for the second time to promote Common Destiny . Common Destiny is the first album on the Fastball Music label. The album stayed in the official DJ club charts in Germany for weeks.
During a tour through Spain and various appearances at summer festivals, such as the Väsby Rock Festival in Sweden, Jaded Heart began to work on new songs and finally went to the Frankfurt Performance Studio in November 2015. In spring 2016 Jaded Heart were back with their 12th album " Guilty By Design " (Massacre Records). In March 2016 the video for the song " Rescue Me " was released, the album followed on April 22nd.

With their catchy melodies and Fahlberg's powerful voice, Jaded Heart are typical representatives of European classic rock with a strong tendency towards metal .
