Jahnjatyn ( Ukrainian Ягнятин ; Russian Jagnjatin ) is a village in the southeast of the Ukrainian Oblast Zhytomyr with about 1200 inhabitants (2004).

Jahnjatyn is the only village in the district of the same name in the southwest of Ruschyn Rajon . The village, first mentioned in 1611, is located on the banks of the Rostawyzja ( Роставиця ), a 116 km long left tributary of the Ros . The district center of Ruzhyn is 8 km southwest and the Oblast center Zhytomyr about 105 km northwest of the village.

An archaeological site of the Chernyakhov culture from the 2nd to 5th centuries is located near the village .
