Jakob Grimholm (born August 15, 1986 ) is a Swedish ski jumper .

Career

Grimholm, who competes for IF Friska Viljor , has been jumping in the Ski Jumping Continental Cup since 2003 . In 2004 he won the Swedish championship title on the middle hill. In the same year he jumped at the Junior World Championships in Stryn to 14th place on the normal hill. On February 4, 2004 he made his debut in the Ski Jumping World Cup and reached 44th place in Willingen . In 2006 he became the Swedish normal hill champion. In the Continental Cup he could not achieve any great success until 2008 and then withdrew to the national level. At the Swedish Championships 2011 he won gold with the team on March 13, 2011 in Sollefteå . In the individual competition he was sixth. He was able to repeat winning the title with the team the following year .

In the summer of 2012 Grimholm announced that he wanted to continue his career as a ski jumper. He achieved his first FIS-Cup points after his return at the FIS-CUP event in Einsiedeln, Switzerland with places 30 and 23. Since the winter of 2012/13, Grimholm has not contested any international jumping.

Jakob Grimholm is the brother of ski jumper Isak Grimholm .
