Jakob Peters knife
Jakob Peters-Messer (born January 9, 1963 in Viersen ) is a German opera director.
Life
Peters-Messer completed his studies in musical theater directing in Hamburg and from 1987 was Götz Friedrich's assistant director at the Deutsche Oper Berlin for four years . Peters-Messer has been working as an independent director since 1994.
He worked u. a. with the conductors Frank Beermann , Alan Curtis , René Jacobs , Konrad Junghänel , Jörg Halubek , Thomas Hengelbrock , Antony Hermus , Roland Kluttig , Antonello Manacorda , Riccardo Minasi , George Petrou, Sébastien Rouland, Andreas Spering , Christoph Spering and David Stern .
