Jan-Richard Lislerud Hansen (born January 16, 1983 in Drammen , Norway ) is a former Norwegian handball player .

The left winger played for Reistad, Haugaland, Glassverket IF and Drammen HK in his home country . In the 2005/06 season he won the top scorer's crown in the Norwegian Postenligaen with 163 goals . In the 2008/09 season he played for the German club HSG Nordhorn-Lingen . After his forced departure he went back to Norway to Drammen HK. He ended his career there in 2014.

For the Norwegian national team , he played 32 games in which he scored 55 goals.
