Jan Mybrand
Jan Torsten Mybrand (born January 26, 1959 in Kolsva , Köping , Sweden ) is a Swedish actor .
Life
After graduating from a high school, Mybrand first studied mechanical engineering and trained as an instrument maker. He then worked for a while at the Swedish car manufacturer Volvo in Köping and later in Kolva , in the province of Västmanland , at the Swedish steel manufacturer Kohlswa Jernverks AB . After completing his military service, he made his first acting experience as a small actor in the theater. In the 1980s he took up acting training at the Dramatens elevskola and then studied from 1984 to 1987 at the Teaterhögskolan i Stockholm (Stockholm Theater School). During an internship, Mybrand worked at the Folkteatern in Gävle and since 1986 he has worked at the Stockholms stadsteater . Mybrand is also active as a film actor in several Swedish film and television productions .
