Jan Nikodem Jaroń
Jan Nikodem Jaroń (pseudonym: Nikodem Arios ; born May 3, 1881 in Jastrzigowitz , Rosenberg district , † August 1, 1922 in Lublinitz , Lublinitz district ) was a Silesian poet and playwright .
Life
He was born in a farming family in Jastrzigowitz. After attending elementary school in his place of birth, he attended the German Gymnasium in Beuthen from 1896 to 1900 . He later started studying at the Philological Faculty of the University of Wroclaw .
In 1902 he published the poem "Przyroda w jesieni" ( Nature in Autumn ) in the newspaper "Górnoślązak" ( Upper Silesian ).
