Jareschky ( Ukrainian Ярешки ; Russian Ярешки Jareschki ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast of Kiev with about 800 inhabitants (2001).

The village, founded in 1700, is the only place in the 18 km² district council of the same name in the east of Baryschiwka Rajon . Jareschky lies on the left bank of the Nedra , a 61 km long, left tributary of the Trubisch and on the territorial road T – 10–24 between Beresan and Shuriwka .

The district center of Baryschiwka is located 30 km southwest and the capital Kiev is about 95 km west of Yareschky.

Personalities

The Decembrist Jakow Maximowitsch Andrejewitsch was born in the village in March 1801 .
