Jarlitz is a part of the municipality of Oetzen in the district of Uelzen in Lower Saxony .
Geography and transport links
Jarlitz is located southeast of the core town of Oetzen on the L 254 state road . The B 191 runs to the north and the B 493 to the south . The Wipperau , a right tributary of the Ilmenau, flows to the north and east of the village .
