Jason John

Jason John (born October 17, 1971 in Birmingham ) is a former British sprinter .

In 1992 he was seventh over 60 m at the European Indoor Championships in Genoa . At the Olympic Games in Barcelona , he was eliminated with the British team in the run-up to the 4 x 100 meter relay .

At the World Athletics Championships in 1993 in Stuttgart, he reached the semi-finals over 100 m . In the 4 x 100 meter relay, he started in the preliminary stages and in the semi-finals and thus contributed to winning the silver medal for the British team.

In 1994 he was eighth over 100 m at the European Athletics Championships in Helsinki and won bronze with the English 4 x 100 meter relay at the Commonwealth Games in Victoria .

At the 1995 World Cup in Gothenburg he was eliminated in the quarter-finals over 100 m, and at the European Indoor Championships in Stockholm in 1996 he won silver over 60 m.

In 1993 he became the English indoor champion over 200 m .
