Jason Joseph (born October 11, 1998 ) is a Swiss hurdler who specializes in the 110-meter distance .

Athletic career and life

Jason Joseph gained his first international experience in 2017 when he immediately won the gold medal in 13.41 seconds at the U20 European Championships in Grosseto . The following year he took part in the 60-meter hurdles at the World Indoor Championships in Birmingham , but retired there with 7.89 s in the first round. In August he reached the semifinals at the European Championships in Berlin , where he was eliminated with 13.53s. In 2019 he won the U23 European Championships in Gävle in 13.45 s and also qualified for the World Championships in Doha , where he was eliminated in the semi- finals with 13.53 s .

In 2019 Joseph became Swiss champion in the 110-meter hurdles outdoors and from 2017 to 2020 indoor champion over 60 m hurdles.
