Jean-Claude Darcheville (born July 25, 1975 in Sinnamary , French Guiana ) is a former French football player . His last position was in the 2010/11 season for the Greek club AO Kavala . He is of French-Guyanese descent.

The center forward began his career in 1995 at Stade Rennes . In the 1998/1999 season he played for Nottingham Forest . In 1999 he moved back to France for FC Lorient . From 2002 to 2007 he played for Girondins Bordeaux . In the summer of 2007 he moved to Glasgow Rangers in the Scottish Premier League . After two years in Scotland, he returned to France for one season at FC Nantes in 2009 . On August 28, 2010, he moved to the Greek club AO Kavala at the beginning of the 2010/11 season , until his contract there was dissolved amicably in March 2011 due to a series of injuries.
