Jean-Pierre Campredon
Jean-Pierre Campredon (born February 6, 1916 , † 2006 ) was a French diplomat, most recently with the rank of ambassador .
Life
Jean-Pierre Campredon joined the foreign service in 1942 . From 1946 to 1947 he was employed by the Protectorate Administration of French Morocco in Rabat . From 1951 to 1957 he was Minister of Labor in the administration of the Tangier International Zone . From 1957 to 1958 he was technical advisor to the Moroccan minister for labor and social affairs in the government of Mohammed V. From 1958 to 1960 he was accredited at the embassy in Rio de Janeiro , first with the rank of first secretary and later as second counselor . He then worked in the headquarters on the Quai d'Orsay with administrative tasks.
From 1960 to 1964 he sat on the board of directors of ORTF and board of directors of Ocora Radio France (OCORA). He was chairman of the board of directors of the École des hautes études internationales . Jean-Pierre Campredon was a Knight of the Legion of Honor .
