Jean Alingué Bawoyeu

Jean Alingué Bawoyeu (born August 18, 1937 in N'Djamena ) is a Chadian politician and diplomat . Its support base is in the Tandjilé region in southern Chad.

His civil service career began with his advancement in the civil service to the position of chief inspector of the treasury. He then served the International Monetary Fund . He was ambassador for his country to the United States and France and president of the National Assembly . After President Hissène Habré was overthrown on December 1, 1990, he served as Deputy President until the day Idriss Déby took over.

He served as Prime Minister of Chad from March 4, 1991 to May 20, 1992.
