Jef Lataster (actually Jozef Lataster; born July 27, 1922 in Heerlen , † September 16, 2014 in Hulsberg , Beekdaelen ) was a Dutch long-distance runner .

At the Olympic Games in London in 1948 he was eliminated over 5000 m in the run. His placement over 10,000 m is not recorded.

Five times he was Dutch champion over 10,000 m (1948-1952), three times in cross-country running on the long distance (1950, 1951, 1954), twice in cross-country running on the short distance (1949, 1950) and once over 5000 m (1947). In 1947 he became the English champion over three miles . He improved the national record over 10,000 m three times, most recently to 31: 30.8 min.
