Jeffrey "Jeff" Gadley (born June 14, 1955 in Buffalo , New York ) is a former American bobsleigh athlete .
Gadley began his athletic career at Kensington High in swimming , football, and athletics . At college in Plattsburgh , which he graduated as a nurse, he also competed in the decathlon . In 1979 he switched to bobsleigh. With the US team, he entered the 1979 World Bobsleigh Championship . The following year he qualified for the 1980 Winter Olympics. There Gadley finished 12th in the four-man bobsleigh with his teammates Willie Davenport , Bob Hickey and Jeff Jordan .
