Elena Vinogradova
Jelena Vinogradova ( Russian Елена Виноградова , English transcription Yelena Vinogradova ; born March 28, 1964 ) is a former Russian sprinter who competed for the Soviet Union .
Life
At the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 1983 , she came over 200 m into the quarter-finals and was sixth in the 4-by-100-meter relay .
At the European Athletics Championships in 1990 in Split, she won silver in the 4 x 400 meter relay .
The following year she was eighth over 200 m at the World Championships in Tokyo and won silver in the 4 x 100 meter relay.
In 1984 and 1991 she was the Soviet champion in the 200-meter run.
Her daughter Anastassija Pilipenko is active as a hurdler.
