Jennifer Bishop

Jennifer Bishop (* 12. August 1941 in California as Alberta Joa-Marie Bishop ) is an American actress .

Life

Bishop attended Ventura College after high school in Camarillo and received a scholarship from Desilu Productions in the early 1960s . She made her feature film debut in 1963 with a minor supporting role in Boris Sagal's comedy Die Strolche von Mexico . In the following years she studied acting with Lee Strasberg in New York City . During her time in New York, she appeared on a number of off-Broadway shows. After a small acting appearance in the television series Kobra, you take over in 1967, her career took off in 1969; in the first two seasons of country music - She was part of the regular cast on TV show Hee Haw . In the 1970s she starred in several low-budget producer Al Adamson films , including Astro-Vampires - Death Monsters from Outer Space and Dracula and His Victims . She had other engagements in Big Foot - The greatest monster of all time and Mako, the beast from 1976; her last feature film appearance so far. In the following years she played theater, then retired into private life and adopted a child.
