Jens Schreiber (politician)
Jens Schreiber (born May 2, 1942 in Lüneburg ; † June 13, 2002 there ) was managing director of a large construction company in Lüneburg and mayor of the city of Lüneburg.
Jens Schreiber was councilor of the city of Lüneburg since 1972, chairman of the CDU parliamentary group from 1975 to 1987 and 1991 to 2001 as well as mayor from 1981 to 83 and mayor from 1987 to 1991. Schreiber was holder of the Federal Cross of Merit and the ring of honor of the city of Lüneburg.
Schreiber was married to Sigrid Schreiber and has two daughters.
