Jens Suckow
Jens Suckow (* 1968 in Düsseldorf ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Labor Court .
Life
Jens Suckow studied at the University of Cologne Law and completed his legal education after the clerkship in Berlin in 1998 with the second state exam from. He received his doctorate in 1998. In 1999 he began his judicial career by joining the higher judicial service in the state of Brandenburg . He was employed there at the labor court in Frankfurt (Oder) and at the labor court in Cottbus . From 2003 to 2005 he was seconded to the Federal Labor Court as a research assistant. Suckow was appointed judge at the labor court in 2006 as the permanent representative of a director at the labor court in Frankfurt (Oder) . In 2008, he was promoted to presiding judge at the Berlin-Brandenburg State Labor Court and on November 1, 2009, he was appointed judge at the Federal Labor Court.
Suckow published on the General Equal Treatment Act .
