Jeon Hee-sook (born June 16, 1984 in Seoul ) is a South Korean foil fencer .
Career
Jeon landed his first international success in April 2004 with a seventh place in the individual competition of the Junior World Championship in Plovdiv . In 2006 she won bronze with the team at the World Championships in Turin . In 2009 she won the silver medal at the World Championships in Antalya , in the final she lost to Russian Aida Schanajewa in sudden death . In 2010 the team won bronze at the World Championships in Paris , as well as in 2011 at the World Championships in Catania . In 2012 at the Olympic Games in London , Jeon Hee-sook achieved bronze with the team, in the foil individual she finished 20th. In 2013 she became the individual Asian champion in Shanghai . In 2018 she won the gold medal at the Asian Games in Jakarta , where she beat Chinese Fu Yiting 8: 3 in the final .
