Jerk seasoning mix
As Jerk seasoning is in the Creole cuisine different combinations of spices and table salt referred to. They are used to season and marinate meat for grilled dishes .

- Three Kinds of Fire - Chili powder , cumin , cayenne pepper and salt
- Four Peppers Plus - Noble sweet paprika , onion powder , garlic powder , cayenne pepper, black pepper , white pepper , cumin and salt
- Melange - noble sweet paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder, thyme , oregano , onion powder
- East-West-Indies - curry powder , sweet paprika, cumin, allspice , chili powder
- East Bajan - onion, garlic, spring onion, chilli pepper, fresh coriander , thyme, marjoram , allspice, black pepper and salt, and Worcestershire sauce
- Rum Jerk - Garlic Powder, Ginger , Allspice, Cinnamon , Nutmeg , Bay Leaves , Cayenne Pepper, Salt, Brown Sugar, Onion, Brown Rum and Lime Juice
