Jesús Aldrete

Jesús Aldrete (born September 3, 1924 - † July 5, 2015 in La Experiencia , Jalisco ), also known by the nickname Chita , was a Costa Rican soccer player who mainly played in midfield .

career

Jesús "Chita" Aldrete played for Atlas Guadalajara in the 1940s and 1950s and was part of the successful team that won their first titles in professional football for the Rojinegros .

Aldrete won the Mexican cup competition with Atlas in both 1946 and 1950 and again a year later the club's only championship title in the Mexican professional league .
